LARSN Case Database
The first law of religion cases of 2013 have now been added to the LARSN Case Database.
In collaboration with Law and Justice, the LARSN Case Database, provides a list of judgments delivered by UK courts, the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights concerning law and religion. For each case, a short summary of the decision and a link to the transcript of the case is provided.
