Edited Books

The achievements of Norman Doe were recognised in the publication by Cambridge University Press of a collection of essays: The Confluence of Law and Religion (Cambridge University Press, 2016) edited by Centre members Frank Cranmer, Mark Hill, Celia Kenny and Russell Sandberg to mark the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Cardiff LLM in Canon Law.

Centre members have edited a number of other books including Magna Carta, Religion and the Rule of Law ( Cambridge University Press, 2015) co-edited by Mark Hill and Religion and Legal Pluralism (Ashgate, 2015), edited by Russell Sandberg.

These have followed a trio of books published by University of Wales Press: Essays in Canon Law (edited by Norman Doe, 1992),English Canon Law (Norman Doe, Mark Hill and Robert Ombres, 1998) and Religious Liberty and Human Rights (Mark Hill, 2002) as well as Law and Religion: New Horizons (Peeters, 2010) edited by Norman Doe and Russell Sandberg.

Centre members have also edited a number of volumes for the European Consortium for Church and State Research and the publications of the Colloquium of Anglican and Roman Catholic Canon Lawyers.

Norman Doe is Editor of the Routledge Series in Law and Religion while Russell Sandberg is the Managing Editor of the ICLARS Series on Law and Religion
