Introduction
LL.B. (London). Following graduation in 1986, Byron took the Bar Finals Course and worked in the Tax Division of Arthur Andersen & Co, accountants in their London office. In 1989 he moved back to South Wales to qualify as a solicitor. From 1989 to joining the Law School in 1993 he worked first as a trainee and then as an assistant solicitor with Hugh James Jones and Jenkins Solicitors (now Hugh James).
Byron is the Course Leader for the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff. He is also the subject leader for the LPC courses in Probate and Administration, Business Accounts, and Private Client as well as being a member of the Business Law and Practice team.
In additon, Byron is currently an external examiner for the Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield.
