Britain’s Religious Courts Symposium
On Wednesday 18th May, we will be holding a Symposium on ‘Britain’s Religious Courts: Marriage, Divorce and Civil Law’.
This Symposium will discuss the key findings from the ‘Social Cohesion and Civil Law: Marriage, Divorce and Religious Courts’ funded by the AHRC/ESRC Religion and Society Programme and the wider debate concerning Britain’s religious courts.
