New edition of Law & Justice

Issue 167 of Law and Justice includes several contributions by members of the Centre for Law and Religion.

Edited by Centre Associate John Duddington, the issue includes articles by Centre Fellow Frank Cranmer and Cardiff PhD student Helen Hall on the decision in Maga, as well as an article by Cardiff LLM Student Caroline Harris on the legal regulation of witchcraft.

The Book Review section, edited by Centre Associate Dr Javier Oliva, includes a book review of Dr Russell Sandberg’s ‘Law and Religion’ (Cambridge University Press, 2011) and reviews by Russell Sandberg and John Duddington.

The issue also includes Frank Cranmer’s ‘Government and Parliamentary News’ and the Casebook , edited by Frank and Russell.
