Professor Mark Hill QC to speak at Leuven University

Professor Mark Hill QC is to present a paper at a conference organised by Leuven University. The Mgr. Willy Onclin Congress on February 24, 2012 will focus on 'The Right to a Due Process in the Church: A Comparative Ecclesiastical Approach'.
The congress will deal with the question to what extend the members of the Roman Catholic Church, of the Anglican Communion and of the Reformed Churches can claim the right for a just and due process in their Church. Attention will be drawn to the accessibility of procedures for all members of the community, separation of power, the right of defence and the presumption of innocence.
Professor Hill's paper is entitled 'Due Judicial Process as a Principle of Anglican Canon Law and in the Courts and Tribunals of the Church of England'.
