Racially and Religiously Aggravated Offences

Professor Mark Hill QC was one of a number of expert practitioners and scholars who participated in a seminar in Edinburgh on Friday 27 April 2012 on the subject of Defining Racism in Criminal Law.

It was convened by Kay Goodall of the University of Stirling under the auspices of the Royal Society of Edinburgh. Professor Hill presented a paper and led a discussion on racially and religiously aggravated offences.
